Have you ever participated in the Olympic or Paralympic Games? Commonwealth Games? Pan-American Games? A World or Continental Championships? Whether you did so as an athlete, coach or official, we invite you to become apart of Out Proud Olympians (OPO) Out Proud Olympians is a worldwide organization of sportsmen and sportswomen who have participated at the international level of sport. Our mandate is to eliminate homophobia in sport, encourage active healthy living in the LGBT community, and facilitate participation of this group at major sporting events. We are affiliated with GLISA and the Outgames, and are pleased to be working in partnership with Eurogames 2007 Antwerp and Eurogames 2008 Barcelona . We very much aim to be part of 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Our online membership registration will be available very soon.
